A Comprehensive Directory of MIT Expertise
The Industrial Liaison Program's on-line database, available to members only, is designed to make it easy for you to access information about MIT expertise and many of the research projects in progress at the Institute.

The KnowledgeBase provides regularly updated:

  • hyperlinks to faculty and research staff Web pages
  • abstracts of research projects
  • areas of interest and expertise
  • biographical profiles of faculty and research staff

Information at Your Fingertips
Using the KnowledgeBase, you can directly access useful information over the Web within seconds.

Search the KnowledgeBase whenever you need to:

  • explore emerging technologies that may impact your industry
  • learn about relevant research
  • identify faculty members working in areas of interest

As a member of the ILP, you can call upon the expertise of your Industrial Liaison Officer (ILO) at any time. Your ILO will quickly direct you to the MIT resources you need, provide additional information, or put you in contact with appropriate faculty members.
